Cry of the Dolphins


The story behind the ad: 11 year-old boy posted a video on YouTube asking people to stop killing dolphins which was later followed by the poem he wrote called “Cry of the Dolphins”. His tone of voice was quite desperate and emotional, his face expressions and gestures said it all. He got lots of negative comments which gave a boost to Saatchi & Saatchi U.S. to create an ad against cyberbullying that not only appears in kids’ favorite media, but uses that media to prove its point.

I love the way the ad is done, great use of YouTube features! Rather just sending out a message saying: you naughty kid, stop bitching anonymously, they showed the action of pausing and taking the comment out. Well done!
